Mother (Speech for my little nephew Mehdi)

In the name of Allah the Merciful and the Beneficent

Wars! There have been a number more or less than 14000 deadly wars that have taken place in the history of the mankind, besides other matters of conflict we come across some wars that took place for women! May it be Mahabartha for India's Droopati; or for Troy's Helen; or Cleopatra of Egypt etc. In all of these wars the bone of contention was a young beloved girl. But unfortunately we find no war for Mother! Yes there has been not a single war that has taken place for Mother. That’s why I have chosen this topic and I am gonna (going to) prove that no beautiful damsel can match a mother!
Mother is Mother… it is bank where we deposit all over grieves and sorrow, a tree that provides us shadow from the scorching sun beams of our worldly affairs; no matter how delicate a creature may be in its essence but it can never be a match to the heart of a mother…  have you ever realized why is mother so loving and affectionate? Why is she so caring? Why she is always worried about us? Han? It is because you are a part of her body detached from his body; you are an organ of her body! We all love our body organs or don’t we? Yes we do! We feel pain if our finger is twisted or broken, we feel restive (be aaraam) when any organ of our body is hit by something, and we protect our body organs from sunlight, from rain, from dust, from every thing that has an ill effect on our organs. We care our organs… similarly mother cares her organs and her organs are her children! You love your nose, eyes, head, face etc but mother doesn’t care about the organs that are attached to her body but she cares for those organs that are detached from her body and that’s We, her children!
What is mother? Let me tell you a story of Hazrat Mossa a.s and only then would you realize how respected and honored a mother is in the eyes of Allah (swt). Moosa (a.s) asked Allah "O Allah who would be my companion in Paradise?"  Allah (swt) told him that a butcher would be his companion in Paradise. Moosa (a.s) takes on a search to find that butcher, having found him, Moosa (a.s) secretly monitored his daily activities as to know what was special about him that he was made his companion in paradise. Moosa (a.s) noticed that the butcher sells meat and does nothing special during his work but when it was dusk he closed his shop and headed towards his home. Moosa (a.s) followed him. When butcher reached his home he approached to a hammock in which a very aged woman was sleeping. He then picked her up in his arms and fed him with his own hands. At the end of all this Moosa (a.s) noticed that the aged woman uttered few words and the butcher smiled and laid her back in that hammock. Moosa (a.s) now went to the butcher  and asked him about that aged woman. Butcher told Moosa (a.s) that it was his mother. And Moosa (a.s) then asked about the words she uttered. The butche said:" when ever I serve her she becomes happy and says may Allh (swt) make you Moosa's companion in Paradise"…
Thats is mother! Serve your mother because Allah (swt) has led Jannat under the feet of the mother, remain on the feet of the mother and you are not living in this world you are in Jannat… do you need any thing more…? I can find tears in the eyes of those who have no mother! Those of my brothers and sisters having no mother should keep in mind that every mother is your mother! Believe me this word "mother" has power to create an uncreated relation! If you don’t believe me just go and check  it by yourself, go to a mother of your friend and call him "Ami" and then see how she reacts! This word has an immense emotional power dears! Go and do it! You think you are motherless but there are many mothers who are deprived off of their children, don’t they need children to call them mother? Go to them and call them mother, only then would u realize that Mehdi Raza Faizi was true!
Waaslam wa rahmatullah
